Privacy Policy

Clear information about how SiteSee handles website and inquiry data.

This policy describes the personal information SiteSee may collect through this website, why it is used, how it may be shared and the choices available to individuals.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the public SiteSee website and business inquiries submitted through it. Customer platform use, commissioned production, uploaded property materials, account data and enterprise services may also be governed by a proposal, service agreement, data-processing addendum or customer-specific privacy documentation.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

SiteSee may receive your name, job title, organization, company or property website, work email, telephone number, property information, project objectives, requested timing, existing-asset descriptions and any other information you choose to include in a pricing-access request, property brief, email or discovery-call request.

Information collected automatically

When the website is hosted, standard server and security logs may record information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, referring page, date, time and diagnostic information. The pricing-access workflow stores the submitted request for manual sales review. If SiteSee approves access, a time-limited pricing link is issued and a strictly necessary session cookie is used after the approved recipient opens that link. The website does not enable advertising cookies or third-party analytics by default.

Customer and platform information

If an organization becomes a customer, SiteSee may process authorized user details, access roles, workspace activity, approved property content, engagement information and support records according to the applicable agreement and configured services.
